An Introduction to Psychological Testing Workshop
An Introduction to Psychoeducational Testing class will provide an introduction to testing instruments such as the WISC -V and various achievement test. Attendees will also learn how to use that knowledge to guide teachers/tutors in the planning of OG lessons that are diagnostic and prescriptive. This knowledge will help teachers better understand the underlying processing issues of students with dyslexia. This class is appropriate for parents and educators new to testing or anyone who has taken the full testing class looking for a refresher of information.
This course will satisfy 18 hours of coursework at the Certified Level of certification with the Academy of Orton-Gillingham Practitioners and Educators.
